Association between the EU and Ukraine
Structure of the course:
This master course provides comprehensive expert knowledge about legal and political foundations of the association between the EU and Ukraine. Main focus of the course is on legal aspects of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and the implementation of the EU acquis into legal system of Ukraine.

The course covers the following topics:
- Legal and political foundations of the associate relations and agreements between the EU and other countries;
- Historical background of EU-Ukraine relations;
- Objectives, structure and scope of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement;
- Implementation of the EU acquis into the legal system of Ukraine.
