EU Integration and Public Administration in Ukraine
Structure of the course:
This master course is designed to provide fundamental knowledge about principles and foundations of public administration in the EU and their relevance for Ukraine. Main focus of the course is on institutional and legal aspects of public administration in the EU and in the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. The course covers the following topics:
- Historical evolution of public administration in the EU;
- EU’s common values and principles of public administration;
- Impact of the EU’s principles of public administration on the EU’s institutions and legal system;
- Impact of the EU’s principles of public administration on the EU citizenship and rights of third country nationals in the EU.
Impact:
This master course is designed to provide fundamental knowledge about principles and foundations of public administration in the EU and their relevance for Ukraine. Main focus of the course is on institutional and legal aspects of public administration in the EU and in the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
Discipline of Audience:
The course is open not only for master students of the NaUKMA but also for Ukrainian legislators, civil servants and judges.
