Substantive European Union Law
Structure of the course:
This undergraduate and master course is designed to provide fundamental knowledge about legal and political foundations of the EU. Main focus of the course is on institutional and substantive business law of the EU. The course covers the following topics:
- Historical evolution of the EU;
- EU’s institutions and legal system, EU’s common values;
- EU Internal Market and customs union;
- EU citizenship and rights of third country nationals in the EU.
Impact:
This undergraduate and master course is designed to provide fundamental knowledge about legal and political foundations of the EU. Main focus of the course is on institutional and substantive business law of the EU.
Discipline of Audience:
The course is open not only for master students of the NaUKMA but also for Ukrainian legislators, civil servants and judges.
