International Conference "New Challenges and Options for the Union's Treaty Making Powers: Common Commercial Policy, Eastern Partnership, Leave-the-Union and Mixity"

Law Faculty of the University of Augsburg in cooperation with the Jean Monnet Centre of Exellence at the NaUKMA and Institute of German Law at the NaUKMA organised International Conference  "New Challenges and Options for the Union's Treaty Making Powers: Common Commercial Policy, Eastern Partnership, Leave-the-Union and Mixity" on June 26-27 2017 at the University of Augsburg with support of the Alexander von Humboldt-Foundation, Augsburg Center for Global Economic Law and Regulation, Leidener Kreis für internationale und staatsrechtliche Studien with participation of leading academics and experts in EU External Relations Law. The conference was attended by Jean Monnet Chairs and Modules holders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, UK, Ukraine and Belgium. Participants of the event discussed the most contemporary issues of the EU external relations law and, in particular, the issues of effective implementation of the EU association agreements with Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova.
