Objectives

The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence’s outputs include the introduction of new interdisciplinary teaching activities in EU studies at undergraduate, master, postgraduate and doctoral levels in Ukrainian and English. Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence serves as an academic and educational centre and resource hub in European Studies in Ukraine and promotes teaching and research in various fields of European Studies at Ukrainian universities. The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence’s objective is to provide high quality interdisciplinary teaching and research in area of EU Studies in Ukraine.

The objectives and priorities of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence are being achieved through:

• introduction and teaching of courses in European Studies at undergraduate, master and doctoral levels;
• enhancement of knowledge and awareness among students, academics and civil servants about issues related to the EU-Ukraine relations in the fields of economic, political and legal cooperation;
• production of high quality books and course materials in European Studies and their wide dissemination in Ukraine and abroad; d) organisation of educational and research events on most contemporary issues of the EU-Ukraine relations.
