Dr. Maryna Rabinovych
is an Adjunct Lecturer with the Department of International Relations at NAUKMA. She holds a PhD in Legal Studies from the University of Hamburg and an LL.M “European and European Legal Studies” from the University of Hamburg and Europa Kolleg Hamburg. Her field of expertise includes EU external relations and their legal regulation, EU trade policy, EU development policy and EU’s relations with associated Eastern Neighbours. She is also an author of a monograph on EU trade policy, titled “EU Regional Trade Agreements: An Instrument of Promoting the Rule of Law to Third States” (Routledge, 2021).
