The textbook "Law of the European Union"

The textbook "Law of the European Union" covers the most important issues of EU law. The textbook gives preference to the study of EU institutions, the EU legal system, legal regulation of the EU Internal Market, EU Common Security and Defence Policy and other common policies (for example, economic and monetary union, consumer protection, energy, competition law, and others), analyses in depth legal foundations of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU. The textbook also examines issues of human rights protection in the EU, their correlation with EU law, and expresses opinions on possible prospects for including European conventions on human rights in the EU legal system.

The textbook covers in detail the scope and content of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, its impact on the legal system of Ukraine, and the issue of Ukraine's accession to the EU.
