International round Table "Past, Present and Future of the EU Common Security and Defence Policy" took place on 22 May 2023 in Kyiv in hybrid format. Key speakers Prof. Roman Petrov (National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Ukraine), Prof. Peter van Eluswege (Ghent University, Belgium), and Prof. Tetyana Komarova (Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Kharkiv, Ukraine) outlined their views on historical evolution and future development of the EU Common Security and Defence Policy in the context of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The textbook "Law of the European Union"

The textbook "Law of the European Union" covers the most important issues of EU law. The textbook gives preference to the study of EU institutions, the EU legal system, legal regulation of the EU Internal Market, EU Common Security and Defence Policy and other common policies (for example, economic and monetary union, consumer protection, energy, competition law, and others), analyses in depth legal foundations of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU.
